This role is essential for strengthening our portfolio and ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance across regions. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead the design, development and optimization of new and existing formulations across DECCO’s global R\&D teams. * Ensure all formulations meet regulatory, safety, efficacy, and sustainability standards. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams (Regulatory, Marketing, Production, QA) to ensure smooth transfer from lab to market. * Manage and prioritize global formulation projects aligned with strategic business goals. * Benchmark new technologies, raw materials, and industry trends to maintain competitive advantage. * Develop technical documentation and provide training to regional teams on formulation best practices. * Troubleshoot formulation\-related issues in coordination with local technical and manufacturing teams. **Key Stakeholders** * R\&D and Innovation teams (global and regional) * Regulatory Affairs and Product Stewardship * Operations and Manufacturing teams * Sales, Marketing, and Business Development * External partners and suppliers **Education \& Experience required:** * Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Technology or related field (PhD preferred). * More than 5 years of experience in formulation development, preferably in emulsion technology and/or coating formulation (industrial, pharmaceutical, food technology, or cosmetics); other formulation experience, such as crop protection, fertilizers, or paints, will also be acceptable. * Proven experience leading international technical projects and teams. * Strong knowledge of formulation technologies and scale\-up processes. * Fluent in English and Spanish, others will are a plus. * Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. * Willingness to travel internationally. **What We Offer** * A strategic global leadership role in a purpose\-driven, innovative company. * Opportunities for international collaboration and impact. * Professional development in a dynamic and supportive environment. * Competitive compensation and Employee Benefits package. * A culture that values sustainability, science, and continuous improvement.
