We are committed to **internationalization, sustainability, and connection with professional reality**, which is why we want to expand our team with an **Erasmus\+ Technician** to drive our European initiatives and international mobility projects. ### **Main responsibilities** * Comprehensive management of the **Erasmus\+ programme (KA131 and KA171\)**, including *outgoing* and *incoming* students, and staff mobility for **teaching and non-teaching personnel**. * Personalized advising for students and staff on mobility opportunities, requirements, deadlines, and documentation. * **Administrative and financial** management of Erasmus\+ projects: agreements, grant contracts, reports, justifications, and audits. * Ongoing communication with **partner institutions** and the **national agency (SEPIE)**. * Support in signing and monitoring **inter-institutional agreements**. * Organization of **welcome and orientation** activities for international students and teaching staff. * Promotion of the Erasmus\+ programme and other school **internationalization** initiatives. * Maintenance and updating of mobility **databases and records**. * Collaboration in the **drafting of reports, summaries**, and **proposals for new European projects**. ### **Requirements** **Education:** * University degree (Bachelor's or equivalent), preferably in management, administration, linguistics, international relations, or similar fields. **Experience:** * Minimum of **1 year of experience** managing **Erasmus\+** programmes or international mobility in an educational or university context. **Skills and knowledge:** * Knowledge of the Erasmus\+ framework (**KA1, KA2, inter-institutional agreements, OLS, Beneficiary Module, etc.**) * Advanced level of **English (minimum C1\)**; knowledge of other European languages is a plus. * Proficiency in digital tools (Office 365, Google Workspace, SEPIE platforms, etc.). * Strong **organizational skills**, attention to detail, and service orientation. * Good **communication and interpersonal skills** in both Spanish and English. * Ability to **work independently and as part of a team**. ### **Valued skills** * Experience in higher education institutions, especially **art and design schools**. * Knowledge of **SEPIE** operations and Erasmus\+ regulations. * Additional training in **European project management** or **educational internationalization**. * Sensitivity towards **cultural diversity** and the creative environment typical of design. ### **We offer** * Joining a school with strong international reach and a creative focus. * A dynamic, collaborative, and multicultural work environment. * Participation in networks and European projects focused on educational innovation.
