Summary Job ID: ES_HQ00299 Location: 46500 Sagunto Professional Area: Human Resources Level of Responsibility: Professional Working Hours: Full time Functions Currently, we are looking for a Learning & Development Project Manager to lead the training area in our logistics platform in Sagunto Your main responsibilities would be: * Collaborate in defining the objectives to be achieved in each training and development project. * Carry out planning and scope definition of projects, as well as their development and implementation. * Coordinate the execution, development, and progress of projects. * Identify and participate in the selection of external providers who will develop the projects proposed by management. * Advise and address inquiries related to your area of responsibility from other departments across the group's companies. * Analyze and optimize the execution of projects within your scope, as well as motivate and drive the internal or external teams from the various companies involved in their implementation. * Stay updated on market trends related to your field of activity. * Ensure the development of the human team within the area and promote knowledge sharing and management within the company. * Participate in defining budgets and objectives for your area, carrying out the corresponding follow-up. * Collaborate in personnel selection for the department/area. * Lead and/or actively participate in cross-functional projects with other areas and/or departments. * Develop, implement, and optimize departmental processes according to company needs, ensuring maximum effectiveness. * Promote identification and implementation of improvements within your department. * Address and resolve incidents and queries within your area of responsibility. * Participate in national and international meetings. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration and Management, or similar. * Minimum of 2 years of experience as Area Manager. * Previous experience participating in and managing projects related to human resources. * Minimum English level B2.
