**At Válvulas Arco, a leading company in the manufacturing and distribution of valves with over 50 years of experience, we are looking to incorporate a Production Operator for our plant.** We are seeking committed, responsible individuals focused on continuous improvement who wish to become part of an established and constantly evolving industrial environment. Main responsibilities: * Produce at the assigned station according to the production schedule or following instructions from the team supervisor, achieving established production targets based on machine and component to be manufactured. * Monitor and supply the raw materials, components, and work-in-progress required for proper production execution. * Perform assigned self-control tasks (quality of parts) and autonomous maintenance (machinery) related to the position. * Record produced parts and rejects in the ERP management system. * Carry out any tasks necessary to ensure compliance with the section's production plan. * Prepare, change tooling, and start up the machine when necessary, according to the section supervisor's instructions. * Previous experience in hot stamping, plastic injection, and/or zamak injection. * Know, apply, and comply with the requirements established in the Management System documentation (manuals, plans, procedures, instructions, guidelines, and internal standards) applicable to the position, as well as ensure compliance within the team. * Know, apply, and comply with duties and responsibilities regarding Occupational Health and Safety as established in the Occupational Risk Prevention Plan (ORPP), and promote compliance within the team. * Completed primary education or equivalent certificate. * Basic office software knowledge and user-level ERP system handling skills. * Teamwork ability, proactive attitude, and focus on continuous improvement. * Work on rotating second and third shifts weekly.
