**IT Support Technician (Telephone and Onsite)** * Resolution of technical incidents related to hardware, software, and networks via telephone support and, occasionally, onsite assistance. * Management, tracking, and closure of incidents using support tools. * Escalation of incidents when necessary and coordination with other technical departments. * Administrative tasks, invoicing, orders, etc. Salary: €1,400.00–€1,500.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract Work location: Onsite employment
