**Description:** ---------------- At Hozono Global, we are seeking a detail-oriented, talented individual to join our **Civil Engineering Studies and Projects team** at our Valencia office, with the objective of securing contracts for both public and private construction projects. The department analyzes and studies all types of public works projects (e.g., urban developments, hydraulic works, road and highway projects, large-scale structures, etc.), evaluating them from both technical and economic perspectives—assessing execution feasibility, estimating timelines, identifying constraints, scheduling works, etc. Your daily responsibilities will include critical tasks essential to ensuring the success of our tenders: * Drafting technical reports for public tenders * Developing work schedules, Gantt charts, PERT diagrams, etc. * Preparing environmental reports for construction projects * Quality control of units subject to inspection on site * Analyzing project improvements * Reviewing projects * Cost analysis of tendered works: contacting suppliers and subcontractors, requesting pricing information, material costs, and unit costs of work items, etc. * Comprehensive review of complete projects and verification of measurements Software used: * Presto/Arquimedes — for company planning and cost control * AutoCAD — for graphical design * Microsoft Project — for work scheduling **What We Offer:** * Permanent contract * Full-time schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM–3:00 PM * Intensive working hours during July and August * Opportunity to join a professional, dynamic, and collaborative team * Competitive salary commensurate with candidate’s experience and qualifications **Requirements:** --------------- **Education:** * Technical Engineer in Public Works * Civil Engineer * Engineer in Civil Engineering, Water Resources, and Ports **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role as Studies and Valuation Technician within a construction company * Knowledge of technical documentation design and preparation, construction planning and organization, and 3D software such as SketchUp, InfraWorks 360, Civil 3D for detailed infrastructure design, and Navisworks for construction coordination and simulation—or similar tools—will be valued * Advanced level of English * Experience using software including AutoCAD, Presto, MS Project, BIM, Revit, and Office If you match this profile, we’d love to meet you!
