**Technical Architect** **Sector:** Construction **Requirements** * Degree in Technical Architecture. * For degrees obtained abroad, official recognition (homologation) in Spain or an equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities is mandatory. * Valid Spanish Class B driving license. * Minimum 10\-15 years’ experience in large-scale construction projects, preferably in landmark buildings, commercial complexes, infrastructure, or major urban developments. **Desirable Qualifications** * Certification of Valencian language proficiency. * Training in **Occupational Risk Prevention** and construction project management. * Proficiency in construction planning and control tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6 or similar) and technical software (e.g., AutoCAD, Presto, BIM, etc.). **Workplace** * Valencia **Main Responsibilities** * Technical coordination of building construction works. * Planning, monitoring, and controlling work execution to ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets, quality standards, and technical specifications. * Coordination of multidisciplinary teams, contractors, subcontractors, and design management teams. * Supervision of installation works associated with the commercial complex. * Control of certifications, measurements, variations to the works, and technical documentation. * Incident management and technical support throughout all project execution phases. * Coordination with relevant public administrations and regulatory bodies involved in permitting and project development. * Ensuring compliance with current legislation regarding construction, safety, quality, and environmental protection. **Offered** * Employment contract.
