At Grupo Tice Ingenieros, we continue growing and are seeking to hire a **Mechanical Engineer for our Acoustics and Vibrations business unit**. We are looking for someone who enjoys combining direct client interaction with technical solution development. The idea is that you will speak directly with the client, understand their problem, and design a tailored proposal. * **Consulting and Business Development:** Identify market opportunities, visit clients, and analyze their needs in acoustics and vibrations to propose the optimal solution. * **Design and Engineering:** Prepare the technical\-economic proposal and carry out necessary engineering work using **SolidWorks, AutoCAD or Inventor**. * **Project Management:** Manage the execution of sold solutions and conduct post\-sales follow\-up to ensure maximum client satisfaction. * **Business Development:** Identify new strategic suppliers, products and innovations, and optimize internal tools and templates to increase departmental efficiency. **What are we looking for in you?** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Telecommunications or related field), or Master's degree/specialization in **Acoustics, Noise and Vibrations**. * **Technical Competencies:** Solid knowledge of acoustics and proficiency in CAD design software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD and Inventor). * **Commercial Profile:** Excellent communication skills, client orientation, ability to defend technical proposals, and results\-driven mindset. * **Others:** Valid driver's license class B and personal vehicle.
