Ingeteam, a leading company specializing in electrical engineering and the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators, and frequency converters, is seeking to hire a Maintenance Technician to ensure proper maintenance management of SSGG’s assets located in Segorbe, including management of services provided by the Real Estate Department, cleaning and waste management, security, etc. The main responsibilities are divided into the following areas: **1. Technical Management and Documentation:** * Identification and collection of required documentation for each asset, installation, etc. * Supervision, verification, and completion of subcontractor work reports for repairs. * Technical collaboration and support for corrective and planned actions carried out by various manufacturers, suppliers, and subcontractors. * Contract management with various manufacturers, suppliers, and subcontractors. * Contract management with various suppliers and manufacturers. * Management of purchase orders, work delivery notes, and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). **2. Execution of Corrective and Planned Maintenance Work on Infrastructure:** * Resolution of various faults and failures within the scope of Real Estate. * Technical collaboration and support for corrective and planned actions carried out by various manufacturers, suppliers, and subcontractors. * Ensuring correct execution of work with regard to safety requirements (LOTO, etc.). * Definition and proposal of updates and/or introduction of new standards in product lines. **3. Spare Parts and Consumables Management:** * Identification of required spare parts and management of the maintenance warehouse in Segorbe. * Ensuring correct labeling and shelf placement of spare parts. * Ensuring accurate registration in PRISMA. * Management of warehouse material procurement. **4.
