We are seeking a Construction Manager (Technical Architect, Surveyor, or Architect) eager to learn and take on responsibilities alongside a dynamic team, offering a competitive salary and excellent conditions. We are looking for a professional with more than 2 years of minimum experience in site management: \- Education: Technical Architect, Surveyor, or Architect. \- Tools: Advanced proficiency in Presto/Arquímedes, Excel, and AutoCAD. \- Mobility: Valid driver's license (required for site visits). Your role will be to support and lead the comprehensive execution of our design projects, ensuring excellence at every stage: \- Leadership and Supervision: Collaborate in construction site execution, coordinating with our in-house team of builders and suppliers. \- Comprehensive Management: Supervise each project phase, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery. \- Economic Control: Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets and measurements (Presto). \- Coordination: Communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams (Design and Commercial).
