We are Sesame HR — the digital solution that helps HR teams, managers, and companies optimize personnel management processes by centralizing them on a single platform. What do we expect from you? **Technically, the following are essential:** * At least 3 years of experience working with JavaScript frameworks, especially Vue (experience with React or Angular is a plus) * At least 3 years of experience working with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. * Proficiency in version control using Git. * Ability to build custom features and components without relying on third-party libraries. * Knowledge of componentization, animations, and responsive design. * Experience writing unit tests for JavaScript and integrating testing workflows. * Strong aptitude and enthusiasm for learning new things, along with a strong drive to improve tools and critically assess the current state of the application and its codebase. * Adaptability to change. As a startup, expect plenty of twists and turns! **And you’ll shine ✨ if you also have:** * Proficiency in TypeScript. * Expertise in Vue3 and the Composition API (composables). * At least 3 years of experience in digital product development (SaaS or similar) * UI/UX experience. * Familiarity with Tailwind CSS. * Experience with agile frameworks and project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Confluence, etc. What will you do at Sesame? * Contribute to building the top-tier HR tool. * Work with cutting-edge technologies and an always-updated tech stack. * Collaborate closely with a young and proactive team. * Be part of an agile and well-structured environment, enabling efficient progress across every project. What growth opportunities await you in the company? * During your first weeks, you’ll receive various trainings on both the project and the product, and engage in pair programming to get started on the project. * In the first months, you’ll focus on learning and developing features for your squad’s vertical, previously refined by a tech lead, while continuing to explore all corners of the project. * Once you feel more comfortable and knowledgeable about the project, you’ll begin refining and estimating your own tasks under the supervision of a tech lead, and contribute your ideas during team meetings. * Once fully integrated into the company, you’ll contribute ideas during pre-sprint meetings and create, refine, and estimate sprint tasks for your squad. **Every new feature is an adventure:** * You’ll work with Vite, Vue, and TailwindCSS. * You’ll use and build components based on a Design System developed by the design team. * Your code will be reviewed via pull requests to ensure clean, project-aligned code. * We’ll support your professional growth so that, over time, you’ll also take on responsibilities like reviewing colleagues’ code. **Salary range:** €40,000–50,000/year, depending on candidate’s profile + benefits Are you up for the challenge?
