- Cutting, welding, assembly, inspection, and packaging of products (LED strips and electronic kits), complying with quality and productivity criteria. - Understand and follow technical specifications, work instructions, and other applicable procedures for the processes. - Support the shift supervisor in providing feedback on product assembly. - Attend the daily Top 5 GAP meeting, reporting production incidents. - Report daily incidents to the shift supervisor. - Proactively participate in problem-solving and submit written improvement suggestions through the standard procedure. - Perform cleaning and maintenance of production resources and the work area. - Adhere to the 5S principles at the workstation and in common plant areas. - Use the specified PPE and comply with the company's general rules and safety regulations. Perform all tasks on the timekeeping terminal according to established criteria and correctly complete production reports and other records.
