Our client is an **international product\-based IT company** specializing in the **iGaming** industry. Born in 2014, they rocked the CIS region and are now taking their success worldwide. We are currently looking for a **Product Manager (Middle).** **Key responsibilities and your contribution:** * Own the product vision, roadmap, and key metrics for Gamification, Bonuses, and User Engagement. * Analyze user behavior and identify opportunities to improve engagement and monetization. * Generate, prioritize, and validate product hypotheses through data analysis, research, and A/B testing. * Own the bonus system as a product, including bonus mechanics, wagering conditions, triggers, and lifecycle. * Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. * Prepare PRDs, specifications, and success criteria for new features and improvements. * Monitor competitors and industry trends in gamification and bonus mechanics. * Collaborate with Product, Operations, CRM, VIP, Support, and Development teams to deliver product initiatives and improve user experience. * Report on key product metrics, experiment results, and the impact of releases on engagement and monetization. **Your qualifications:** * 2\+ years of experience in iGaming. * Strong understanding of gamification principles, bonus mechanics, and user engagement psychology. * Data\-driven mindset with solid experience working with dashboards, engagement metrics, and behavioral analytics. * Experience forming hypotheses and test plans, with the ability to estimate expected impact on Engagement Rate and monetization. * Understanding of bonus economics: margin, wagering, bonus abuse, and impact on GGR and NGR. * Experience owning and maintaining a product backlog, including task structure, prioritization, grooming, and refinement. * Experience writing PRDs and functional descriptions for gamification and bonus mechanics. * Strong communication skills across product, engineering, and operations teams. **Benefits:** * **Time Off \& Recovery:** 20 working days of fully paid annual leave, fully paid sick leave, and public holidays off according to company policy. * **Health \& Wellness:** A flexible **Benefits cafeteria** that allows you to choose the perks that fit you best, with options including medical support, regular check\-ups, mental health services, or gym access. * **Education \& Development:** Internal and external training, industry events, language courses, and professional service subscriptions. * **Workspace \& Tech:** All necessary corporate equipment provided, the flexibility to work fully remotely, and premium digital tools to enhance performance (e.g., AI tools, ChatGPT Plus). * **Work Environment \& Perks:** Holiday bonuses, gifts for special occasions, paid business trips, and team events.
