Job Description About the Position We are seeking Kitchen Chef Assistants eager to learn, grow professionally, and develop a long-term career within our Hospitality Group. This position is aimed at professionals with kitchen experience or individuals trained in culinary arts who wish to progress into roles with greater responsibility. They will work directly alongside the Head Chef, participating in the operational organization of service and progressively assuming coordination and management responsibilities. Main Responsibilities Operational Support Actively participate in food preparation and dish execution. Supervise the proper functioning of assigned stations. Assist in the daily organization of the kitchen. Support team coordination during service periods. Management Support Assist in placing orders and conducting inventory checks. Support stock and warehouse control. Participate in cost and consumption tracking. Substitute for the Head Chef as required in their absence. Food Quality and Safety Ensure compliance with HACCP protocols. Supervise correct food handling practices. Maintain company-defined quality standards. Professional Development Participate in internal training programs. Acquire knowledge in team management and kitchen organization. Prepare for future leadership positions within the Group. Required Profile Education Training in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or Food Service. Professional gastronomy training is an advantage. Experience Previous experience as a cook, station supervisor, or sous chef. Experience in organized food service is an advantage. Competencies Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
