Reception Technician (Rotating Morning/Afternoon Shift)

**Description:** ---------------- ITENE, located in the Paterna Technology Park, is seeking a **Reception Technician** to perform a key role in visitor reception and operational support for the center, ensuring professional, efficient service aligned with daily organizational needs. The selected candidate will serve as a primary point of contact for visitors, internal staff, and suppliers, guaranteeing smooth and orderly management of administrative and reception processes. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Telephone reception, access control, mail and courier handling, meeting room booking and coordination, and support for training sessions and events * Ordering and storage of office supplies, internal stock control, company vehicle management, and coordination with travel agencies * Performing basic administrative tasks: delivery note tracking, invoice accounting, and support to the administration department * Building opening and closing **CONDITIONS:** * Immediate start * Stability within a scientific-technological environment * Remuneration to be determined according to qualifications and accompanied by numerous benefits * Weekly rotating morning and afternoon shifts * Intensive summer working hours to improve work-life balance * + Morning shift: 7:45\-16:45 (including a 30-minute lunch break) + Afternoon shift: 10:30/11:00 \- 19:30\-20:00 (including a 30-minute lunch break) + On Fridays, the afternoon shift ends at 17:30 **Requirements:** --------------- Requirements: * Minimum qualification: Medium or Higher Vocational Training Cycle * Minimum 2 years’ experience in reception and administration * B2 level or higher English proficiency is valued * Personal vehicle required for commuting to the center * Advanced proficiency in office software
