We are looking for a Cook for one of our 4\* hotels located in Valencia. What will be your responsibilities? * Placement and organization of materials. * Menu control: portioning, mise en place, cleaning of various kitchen equipment and work areas. * Verification and documentation of required items for the next service. * Cleaning, organizing, and inspection of used work areas. * Waste separation and recycling, where applicable. * Compliance with environmental policies What are we looking for?: * 1\-2 years of experience, preferably in 4* and 5* hotels. * Hospitality-related education is desirable. * Intermediate level of English.
