The role requires ensuring rigorous and efficient administrative control. Responsibilities will include managing payments and collections, recording and accounting for supplier and customer invoices, as well as intercompany invoicing. The role will also involve bank reconciliations, supporting monthly and annual financial closings, and managing financial document archiving and documentation. Coordination with external advisory services and other departments will be required. A background in Administration, Finance, or Accounting, along with prior experience in similar roles, is preferred. Knowledge of accounting principles and basic tax regulations, as well as strong proficiency in office software—especially Excel—and accounting software, is expected. We seek an organized, detail-oriented individual with strong confidentiality skills.
