





**Responsibilities** Update and maintain the overall project vision, including functional architecture, roadmap, key dates, interdependencies between modules, risks, and deliverables. Serve as the cross-functional reference point for the entire team and management. Participate in client meetings to track deliveries, manage changes in scope or priorities, and report progress. Supervise the technical planning defined by Tech Leads and their teams, ensuring proper alignment between user stories and development dependencies. Coordinate with Product Owners to ensure consistency of user stories, managing their integration within the overall project vision. Monitor task progression in Jira, identifying bottlenecks, blockers, or deviations from defined objectives and timelines. Provide visibility and organization through the design and maintenance of advanced dashboards in Jira (filters, automations, reports). Oversee accurate time tracking by the team (Toggl, Jira) and its relation to project billing and profitability. Keep project status information up to date and generate operational and strategic reports for management. Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes by proposing adjustments to tools or methodologies that enhance efficiency and visibility. Coordinate partial deliveries and functional approvals with stakeholders. **Requirements Experience** \+5 years as a Project Manager in software development environments, managing long-term projects with multiple stakeholders. Coordination of international, multidisciplinary teams, and experience supervising multiple Product Owners and Tech Leads simultaneously. Experience managing projects with financial tracking, time allocation control, and executive reporting. Education and Technical Knowledge Job type: Full-time
