Our client is looking for a **Project Manager** who wants to take on a strategic role with visibility and real ability to transform each project. #### **Your role in the project** You will be responsible for ensuring that projects progress according to the established schedule, with constant technical and economic control. You will act as the link between the client, technical management, site operations, and technical office, guaranteeing that all parties remain aligned at every project stage. #### **Main responsibilities** Develop the initial project planning, defining milestones, technical requirements, and resources. * Monitor project progress, controlling deadlines, costs, and potential deviations. * Coordinate communication between site operations, design team, and client, maintaining technical fluency and consistency. * Review technical documentation, validate layouts, and ensure construction solutions are correctly implemented. * Manage certifications, measurements, modifications, and financial approvals. * Supervise compliance with regulations, safety standards, and site documentation. * Prepare periodic reports on the project status and present them to technical management. * Resolve operational issues by proposing viable alternatives and assessing their impact on time and cost. * #### **Profile we are looking for** ##### **Experience and background** * Previous experience as a Project Manager, Site Manager, or Project Technician in building construction. * Experience managing projects involving direct interaction between site operations and client. * Solid experience in planning, economic monitoring, and technical review. **Education*** Technical Architecture, Architecture, Building Engineering, or related field. * Additional training in project management (PMP, Project Management, Lean Construction) will be valued. ##### **Key competencies** * Ability to structure and manage projects using organized methodologies. * Strong technical judgment and skill in anticipating risks. * Clear and professional communication with various stakeholders. * Results-oriented with rigor in execution. ##### **Other requirements** * Valid driver's license. * Availability to conduct site visits within the province of Valencia. * #### **What you will find by joining the team?** * **Indefinite contract** from the start.
