At Getronics, we are looking to hire **a Field Microcomputer Technician** to deliver services at our client’s offices **located in Villena (Alicante).** The selected candidate will join the client’s team, providing on-site technical support and user assistance, ensuring the correct operation of IT equipment and systems. **REQUIREMENTS** **Education:** Intermediate or advanced vocational training in IT, Microcomputer Systems and Networks, or a related field. **Experience:** Prior experience performing on-site technical support and user assistance functions. **Key Skills:** Windows operating system knowledge. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience in installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer equipment. Knowledge of local area networks and Active Directory. Experience resolving hardware and software incidents. Familiarity with ticketing tools. Experience in equipment deployment and microcomputer support. Desirable (but not mandatory) qualifications: Experience working in corporate environments. Teamwork ability and customer orientation. Knowledge of remote support tools. **RESPONSIBILITIES** On-site technical support to users. Resolution of hardware and software incidents. Maintenance and configuration of computer equipment. Deployment and installation of hardware and software. Incident management and tracking using a ticketing tool.
