In Spain, we are leaders in student residences, having developed accommodations in major Spanish cities. **What will your day-to-day look like?** · You will study and carry out project analysis and assess its feasibility. · You will plan and establish management timelines and construction phases. · You will organize and schedule all tasks and work activities for the assigned site team. · You will propose suitable procedures, techniques, and resources for the required works, as well as methods to improve productivity and expected outcomes. · You will manage budget estimates, process purchase orders to suppliers, and control construction costs. · You will coordinate with various tradespeople and subcontractors on each project. · You will monitor progress to ensure work is completed according to the established schedule. · You will handle certification verifications and liaise with technical supervision and property owners. · You will carry out project closure, including cost allocation and recording of labor hours. · You will control and monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with safety regulations. · You will manage all construction-related documentation. **What are we looking for?** \- Degree in Building Engineering, Architecture, or Technical Architecture. \- At least 5 years of experience as a Site Manager in landmark building projects. \- Advanced knowledge of Presto for quantity takeoffs, comparisons, and certifications. \- Proficiency in Microsoft Project. \- Experience in landmark building projects (hotels, student residences, etc.) and activity project development is highly valued. \- Organized, analytical individual with initiative, problem-solving attitude, strong communication skills, and leadership and management capabilities. \- Goal-oriented person focused on meeting deadlines and managing the various trades involved in each project. **What do we offer?** \- Stable incorporation into an important company in the sector. \- Opportunities for professional development and growth. \- Salary commensurate with candidate qualifications.
