#### **What will you do on a daily basis?** * **Order preparation:** Picking and selecting finished products, ensuring accurate references and quantities. * **Packaging:** Final preparation of boxes and pallets, guaranteeing optimal and secure packaging for transportation. * **Goods receipt:** Unloading, inspection, and placement of materials and products arriving at our facilities. * **Shipment management:** Palletizing, strapping, and loading goods onto transport agency vehicles. * **Stock and inventory control:** Supporting stock counts and monitoring goods in the warehouse and cold storage chambers. * **Organization and cleanliness:** Maintaining order and cleanliness at your workstation and storage areas, complying with food industry standards. #### **What will make you succeed at Wild Balance?** * **Experience:** Prior experience working as a **warehouse assistant**, performing **picking, packing**, and general logistics tasks. * **Agility and precision:** Ability to handle high order volumes while maintaining strong attention to detail to prevent shipping errors. * **Tools:** Experience operating manual/electric pallet trucks and forklifts (forklift operator license is a plus). * **Commitment and organization:** Rigorous adherence to cleanliness, organization, and hygiene and safety regulations when handling food. * **Teamwork:** Being collaborative, responsible, and proactive. * **Availability:** Flexibility to work rotating shifts. #### **Why join our team?** * **Permanent contract:** We are looking for someone to grow with our team long-term. * **Full-time position.** * **Immediate start:** We’re waiting for you! * **Exclusive benefits:** Employee discount on all our pet products. #### **Who are we?** **Our purpose:** If you’ve read this far, you’re likely looking for more than just an ordinary job.
