




At Aldous Bio, we are building the best dietary supplement brand in Europe. Therefore, we are currently looking for a new team member to join as a Human Resources Specialist to support the operational management of the People department, ensuring effective execution of recruitment, onboarding, personnel administration, PRL, and support for team development. Main Responsibilities * Support end-to-end recruitment processes: drafting and posting job offers, resume screening, conducting interviews, and communicating with candidates. * Coordinate and follow up on employee onboarding and integration processes. * Manage employee-related issues: vacations, leave requests, employment documentation, etc. * Collect and organize data for payroll processing and collaborate with external payroll providers. * Coordinate PRL-related matters: mandatory training, medical check-ups, coordination with mutual insurance and prevention services. * Support the organization of internal training sessions and monitor development plans. * Assist in creating job descriptions and updating organizational charts. * Participate in conducting employee engagement surveys, performance evaluations, and organizational culture initiatives. * Support internal communications and HR documentation management. Requirements * 1\-2 years of prior experience in Human Resources departments or recruitment agencies. * Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or similar fields. * Knowledge of recruitment processes, labor administration, people development, and PRL. * Proficiency in office software and HR platforms.
