Job Summary: We are seeking a Recruitment Technician to manage end-to-end 360-degree recruitment processes within a dynamic and growing retail environment, strengthening our employer brand. We are a young brand full of ambition, with a team of \+350 people working toward one single goal: delivering the best service, the best shopping experience, and, of course, the finest jewelry to our customers. **About the Role** At Singularu, we are looking for a person to join our People & Talent team as a **Recruitment Technician**, managing recruitment processes for stores, offices, and warehouses within a dynamic, fast-changing, and rapidly growing retail environment. You will have full autonomy to lead recruitment processes from start to finish, supported by initial guidance but operating at the fast pace characteristic of the retail sector. You will be a key player in attracting talent, reinforcing our employer brand, and ensuring an outstanding experience for every candidate. **Responsibilities** * Manage end-to-end 360-degree recruitment processes: identifying needs, posting vacancies, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and supporting candidates through onboarding. * Publish and optimize job postings on portals, social media, and other sourcing channels. * Conduct competency-based interviews and coordinate technical interviews with store, office, and warehouse managers. * Design talent attraction strategies that reinforce our employer brand. * Use digital tools to improve efficiency and automate recruitment processes. * Attend job fairs, schools, and recruitment events. * Ensure an outstanding experience for every candidate. * Collaborate with the People & Talent team on onboarding and development initiatives. **What We Are Looking For** * \+3 years of experience in recruitment roles, preferably in retail. * Experience with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and applicant tracking systems (ATS). * Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and coordinate with store, office, and warehouse managers. * Highly organized individual with strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Capacity for learning and also for teaching. * Assertiveness, motivation for change, and ability to prioritize in dynamic environments. **We Also Value:** * Experience with: LinkedIn Recruiter, Teamtailor, Factorial, Asana, and the Google ecosystem. * Prior experience in retail or fast-paced environments. * English or other languages. * University degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. **What We Offer** * Exclusive discount on our jewelry ✨ * Coffee, fruit, and a team of \+350 people eager to innovate * Flexible compensation plan * A young, dynamic, and continuously learning environment **Our Values as a Team** **OUR GIRLS ALWAYS COME FIRST** **TEAM WORK, DREAM WORK** * **TRUST THE PROCESS** **✨ ALWAYS PROACTIVE \& POSITIVE** **ENJOY ALL OF IT** At Singularu, what makes us shine both inside and out are our values.
