This position will be located in Benifaió, Valencia.** **What will your objective be?** Your primary objective will be to operate, using the available facilities and in accordance with Roquette’s standards and procedures, the corn grinding and separation process, as well as enrichment and concentration into its main components (starch, gluten, fiber pulp, and germ). Adjusting various parameters across the different processes involved to optimize gluten separation from starch while maximizing yields of both.
