They seek to hire a versatile **Site Manager** to lead project execution across the province of Valencia. The ideal candidate must combine solid experience in **civil engineering/building construction** with advanced knowledge of **industrial or building electrical installations**, capable of independently supervising both disciplines with leadership. **Main Responsibilities:** * **On-site Management:** Daily organization and planning of work, task assignment to in-house teams, and coordination of subcontractors. * **Technical Supervision:** Ensuring correct execution of electrical installations (distribution boards, cable trays, wiring) and building finishes. * **Logistics and Materials:** Field layout surveys, supply control, and management of warehouse inflows/outflows at site. * **Safety and Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL):** Guarantee strict compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, acting as a Preventive Resource. * **Reporting:** Direct coordination with the Project Manager for schedule tracking and resolution of technical issues. Requirements * **Experience:** Minimum 4–5 years as a Site Manager, with demonstrable specific experience in electrical installations. * **Education:** Higher Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior) in Electricity, Electrotechnical Maintenance, or equivalent. * **Certifications:** Mandatory 60-hour **Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL)** course (Preventive Resource) and Class B driving license. * **Skills:** Ability to interpret electrical and architectural drawings, team leadership capability, and a proactive, solution-oriented profile. * Residency in Valencia or willingness to commute.
