**HIRING: INNOVA GROUP** A continuously growing holding company, recognized in Spain and Mexico for its excellence and innovation in multidisciplinary services related to leisure, technology, gaming and gambling, hospitality, and construction. \- **Job Description** Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that construction works are executed in accordance with the project design, current regulations, quality standards, and within the established timelines and budgets. \- **Responsibilities** * Oversee construction execution, monitoring materials, construction processes, and compliance with the project design. * Coordinate health and safety, ensuring compliance with occupational risk prevention measures. * Manage economic control and measurements, including preparation and review of budgets, certifications, and cost control. * Manage quality assurance, supervising that construction work meets required technical standards. * Serve as the main point of contact for all parties involved in the project, including architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and the end client. * Handle technical documentation, including drafting reports, studies, expert opinions, certificates, and other necessary technical documentation. * Plan and monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines and prompt resolution of incidents. \- **Requirements** * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in this position. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Technical Architecture or equivalent. * Valid driver’s license in Spain.
