Participation in recovery and reuse reports Engineer \- Railway Components (Valencia) **Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of GRUPO TRAGSA specializing in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 1 Engineer to support the environmental management of railway components in Valencia. Regarding the process published on 29/04/2026, the application submission deadline has been extended from 06/05/2026 to 18/05/2026 at 23:59 (Peninsular Time). **Workplace** -------------------- * València/Valencia **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Participate in assessing third-party removal and management operations for reusable materials, and monitor waste removal. * Design and implement assessment, identification, and management operations for components and materials resulting from planned removal and delivery to destination. * Participate in preparing reports related to recovery and reuse of railway components. * Support monitoring of railway component storage operations at railway facilities. * Verify the existence and suitability of technical documentation for railway components to enable their reuse on the railway network. * Recommend preservation of available railway components based on their technical characteristics and logistical requirements. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching required documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. Grupo Tragsa reserves the right to request, at any stage of the process, documents verifying information provided in the application, as well as to request additional information from the candidate’s CV whenever necessary to validate the stated requirements and/or merits. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold a degree in Engineering or Technical Engineering \+ Official Master's Degree in Engineering (MECES Level 3) (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities). ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Availability to travel nationwide (50%). **Merit Criteria (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Additional training related to Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and/or Telecommunications Engineering. ### **Prior Experience** * 1 to 5 years of experience in railway material management (professional and/or academic). * 6 months to 3 years of experience in quality system control and material-oriented process management (professional and/or academic) (to be verified during technical evaluation). ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel (to be verified during technical evaluation). * Knowledge of railway systems (to be verified during technical evaluation). * Knowledge of construction materials used in railway systems (infrastructure, power supply, telecommunications, etc.) (to be verified during technical evaluation). **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract of approximately 6 months, with possible extension if applicable and respecting maximum duration limits established under current labor legislation for each contractual modality. Contract type and duration will depend on the hiring rationale, project needs, and circumstances of the selected candidate(s). + Full-time working hours.
