




We’re looking for a **skilled Accountant \& Data Entry Specialist** to join our dynamic team in Valencia! If you’re organized, detail\-oriented, and have a solid accounting background — this role is made for you. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare, review, and maintain **financial statements** (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow). * Manage **accounts payable and receivable**, invoicing, and reconciliations. * Prepare and submit **tax declarations** (IVA, IRPF, IS) according to Spanish tax law. * Handle **payroll accounting**, employee expenses, and social security reporting. * Collaborate with **external auditors**, consultants, and government entities. * Manage **bank transactions**, monitor cash flow, and perform monthly bank reconciliations. * Participate in **budget planning, forecasting**, and financial analysis. * Ensure compliance with **Spanish GAAP** and legal financial regulations. * Maintain and organize digital accounting records and documentation. * Use accounting software to record and track all company transactions efficiently. * Support management with periodic **financial reports** and business insights. * **Resident in Valencia** * Fluent in **Spanish and English** * Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. * Minimum **3 years of accounting experience in Spain**. * In\-depth knowledge of Spanish accounting standards and tax regulations. * Experience with **electronic tax filing systems** (Agencia Tributaria). * Proficiency in accounting software such as **Sage, A3, ContaPlus, or similar**. * Strong **Excel and Google Sheets** skills (pivot tables, formulas, financial modeling). * Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and organizational skills.
