At this time, as a personnel selection consultant, we are seeking a Process Consultant for our client. **FUNCTIONS AND TASKS** Carry out assigned tasks following the work plan, meeting deadlines and quality standards. Collect, process, and analyze data to prepare reports, presentations, and process diagrams. Create deliverables using the methodological tools defined by the Project Manager. Provide periodic progress updates and flag risks or issues that may affect the project. Assume responsibility for the quality of analyses and results produced. Actively participate in meetings and working sessions, and maintain orderly and complete documentation. **REQUIREMENTS** **Mandatory** Minimum 5 years’ experience in consulting. Knowledge of process modeling tools: Bizagi and ARIS. Analytical skills, organization, planning, proactivity, and customer orientation. **Desirable** Knowledge of technological tools: Robotics, BPM, Camunda.
