We are looking for a person to manage a warehouse in the distribution sector comprehensively. Main responsibilities will include efficient organization of space and defining methodologies for product distribution. Thorough stock control will be required, ensuring optimal rotation that respects both expiration dates and item age. It will also be essential to design and continuously improve order preparation and packaging systems, seeking maximum optimization of available resources, as well as managing and supervising work teams. Other important tasks will include conducting periodic inventories and maintaining all available work equipment—such as forklifts, pallet trucks, and carts—in optimal condition. The working schedule will be full-time, 40 hours per week, distributed from Monday to Friday in split shifts, with typical working hours between 08:00 and 18:00, including corresponding legal breaks. * Minimum of 3 years' experience in warehouse management. * We are looking for an organized individual with a focus on continuous improvement and leadership skills. * Residence near the workplace is a plus. Fluent spoken and written Catalan and/or Spanish. * Completed high school diploma. \- Specific course in warehouse management and/or logistics and warehousing or similar. \- Valid forklift operator license.
