Job Summary: We are seeking a self-control operator for a food company in Catarroja, supporting the HACCP system and supervising production records and in-line controls. Key Points: 1. Temporary contract with possibility of permanent employment based on performance. 2. Rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and occasionally night shifts during high-production periods). 3. Positive work environment and a company in continuous growth. We are recruiting personnel to work as a self-control operator in a food-sector company headquartered in Catarroja. Main responsibilities include supporting the self-control system (HACCP), supervising that production records and in-line controls are correctly completed to ensure traceability, identifying potential incidents or deviations and reporting them to the relevant supervisor, monitoring process parameters such as dates, batches, and temperatures, and inspecting cleaning and disinfection of production lines and facilities. Initial employment is temporary, with the possibility of conversion to permanent status based on performance. Rotating morning and afternoon shifts are scheduled, and night shifts may occasionally be required during high-production periods.
