We are looking for an experienced person to take responsibility for a production line in a leading food industry company based in Catarroja. The main objective will be the effective management of the line, ensuring product quality and maximizing the use of available resources. Responsibilities include supervising the team of operators, ensuring daily production targets are met, monitoring machinery operation, and coordinating basic maintenance tasks. It is essential to verify product quality at each stage, complying with quality, safety, and productivity standards, as well as enforcing food safety and hygiene regulations and proposing process improvements. An initial fixed-term contract is offered with the possibility of becoming permanent after several months, depending on performance. The company is characterized by a positive work environment and continuous growth, offering rotating morning and afternoon shifts, with the possibility of night shifts during peak production periods. * Experience in leadership roles in industrial, logistics, or production line environments. * Leadership, effective communication, and team management skills. * Ability to analyze data, make decisions, and optimize processes. * Proficiency in computer tools at user level. * Focus on continuous improvement. * Medium or higher education studies valued. Medium-level vocational training in food industries. * Organizational, leadership, and communication skills. * Availability to work morning/afternoon/night shifts (nights during high production periods).
