Main responsibilities: * Coordinate and organize staff to ensure the restaurant is maintained in optimal conditions and delivers high-quality customer service. * Manage service tasks, restocking, dining area cleaning, cash handling, and POS system operation, among other duties. * Supervise and organize daily operational procedures during service hours. * Coordinate, lead, and motivate the dining room team. REQUIREMENTS * Flexible availability. * Vocational training or higher education in Hospitality and Tourism (Intermediate or Advanced Level). * Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Dining Room Manager in organized restaurant chains or similar environments. * Experience coordinating teams of at least 11 people. * Proven experience in daily operations and goal-oriented performance.
