We are currently looking for a **Maintenance Electrician Technician**, based at our logistics center in Museros (Valencia), to ensure optimal operation of our facilities and machinery from an electrical and automation perspective. ### **Some of your responsibilities will include:** * Performing **corrective electrical maintenance** on various machinery (sorters, conveyor belts, refrigeration equipment, control systems, etc.), conducting accurate diagnostics of electrical failures and carrying out timely repairs. * Conducting **preventive electrical maintenance**, inspecting electrical panels, wiring, protection systems, and automation devices, aiming to detect risks and proactively address them with technical solutions. * **Diagnosing and repairing faults in automation and industrial control systems** (PLCs, frequency drives, servo motors, sensors, etc.). * **Supervising, maintaining, and installing electrical installations** at the logistics center (high and low voltage, distribution panels, lighting, power outlets). * **Energy optimization** of facilities by proposing and implementing electrical improvements to reduce consumption and increase efficiency. * Managing spare parts and other resources required for electrical interventions (electrical materials, specialized tools, measuring equipment such as multimeters, ammeters, etc.). * Proper organization of work, ensuring cleanliness and order in work areas at all times, and complying with electrical safety regulations. * Completing necessary documentation in the maintenance area (work reports, diagrams, intervention records). * Collaborating on machinery improvement and upgrade plans, particularly regarding instrumentation and electrical control. * Supporting the resolution of electromechanical issues and training future technicians joining the team as we grow. ### **Your technical profile:** * At least **2 to 5 years of experience** as a Maintenance Electrician Technician in industrial or logistics environments, preferably with machinery used in the food industry (industrial refrigeration, sorting systems, heat sealers, etc.). * Solid knowledge of **industrial electricity** (low and medium voltage, electrical panels, motors, protection systems). * Proven experience in **diagnosing and basic programming of PLCs** and automation systems. * Ability to **read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and circuit diagrams**. * Knowledge of electrical and electronic control equipment: rotors, panels, contactors, relays, variable speed drives, etc. * Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize different projects and workloads. ### **Your personal profile:** * You are **flexible** and adapt well to change, including availability for shifts or on-call duties if necessary. * You are **detail-oriented** and precise, especially when applying electrical safety regulations. * You are collaborative and **a team player**, interacting with other technicians and company departments. * You are **persistent** and capable of steadily advancing toward goals until they are achieved, especially when resolving complex breakdowns. * You have strong stress management skills. * You understand that a positive attitude and a smile can open many doors. ### **What we offer?** * Indefinite full-time contract, with an initial probation period according to law, followed by a standard indefinite contract. * An open company culture where everyone's opinion matters, and where we are able to learn from each other. * The opportunity to be part of an impactful mission, building a fairer and more sustainable food supply chain.
