It is one of the leading hotel chains in our country, currently operating 75 establishments across more than 20 different destinations and actively expanding We are looking for a **Chef - Head Chef** to join our team at the EXCELSIOR hotel located in the center of Valencia, to manage the on-site gastronomic restaurant. ️ **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Supervise compliance with company quality processes and standards * Collaborate in meeting established budgets and objectives. * Assist in developing the hotel's gastronomic offerings. * Train employees under your supervision in preparing established menus. * Purchase management: optimization using the ABC method. * Strict control of HACCP and food safety standards. * Adaptation to preferences of British and local customers. * Supervise and ensure all food service points operate correctly with the established menu. * Supervise that all staff under your responsibility carry out assigned tasks correctly. **Requirements:** * Vocational training in cooking. * Previous experience as sous chef or station chef in gastronomic restaurants. * Knowledge of Valencian cuisine. * Professional background of 3\-4 years in gastronomic restaurants. * Proactive, dynamic profile with leadership ability. * Positive attitude, teamwork, initiative, and results-oriented. * Residence in Valencia or surrounding areas. **What do we offer?** * Joining a leading company in the sector that is actively expanding. * Competitive salary conditions.
