Job Summary: We are seeking a Social Educator to carry out pedagogical and educational intervention with minors, participating in the development and implementation of intervention plans. Key Responsibilities: 1. Pedagogical and educational intervention with center users. 2. Participation in the development of intervention plans. 3. Implementation of intervention plans. **Minimum Requirements:** ----------------------- Diploma and/or Bachelor’s Degree in Social Education and/or relevant professional accreditation. Proficiency in both intellectual and manual strategies required for the position. Ability to serve as a behavioral role model for minors. Certificate of absence of sexual offenses. Strong motivation for educational work with minors. High capacity for learning. Persuasive and influential. **Desired Qualifications:** ------------------------ Specialized training in child protection, intervention with children and adolescents, family intervention, etc., is valued. Perseverance and tenacity. Integrity and honesty. Enthusiastic, committed, and other-oriented. **Job Description:** ---------------------- As part of the center’s Educational Team, the candidate will perform auxiliary tasks related to pedagogical and educational intervention with center users. Participate, under the supervision of management and together with technical staff, in the assessment and development of individual or group intervention plans. Specifically implement such intervention plans within the center’s educational project. **Contract Type:** --------------------- * Temporary replacement **Work Schedule:** ------------ * Full-time **Working Hours:** -------------------- 37\.5 hours per week. Rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, and weekends. **Minimum Educational Qualifications:** --------------------- * Social Education **Conditions:** ---------------- Immediate incorporation.
