Join us and be part of a team that thrives on pushing boundaries and embracing the future of technology. ### **ABOUT THE JOB** You’ll be responsible for resolving escalated incidents, analyzing technical issues, supporting our IT infrastructure and participating in IT projects. ### **WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?** * Provide 2nd line support and resolve infrastructure\-related incidents * Manage and maintain Windows Server environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy) * Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune) * Configure and monitor our resources * Support IT projects, including migrations and upgrades * Maintain documentation and enforce security and compliance standards ### **WHAT DO YOU BRING?** * 3\+ years of experience as a System Administrator or Engineer in Microsoft environments * Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022\), Microsoft 365 and Azure * Ability to automate repetitive IT tasks * Solid understanding of networking (LAN, WAN, VPN, SD\-WAN, WiFi, TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls) * Familiarity with enterprise virtualization platforms, Linux servers, backup and security solutions. * Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive mindset * Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus * Driving license #### **Our benefits** **Competitive salary** Remuneration that will be adequate to your skills, experience and results – NRF appreciates employees, also financially. **Vacation incentive** For your long time vacation once per year, you will receive an additional incentive. **Sports card** Do you like going to sports activities?
