Responsibilities include resolving incidents in person, remotely, or via telephone; installing and configuring Windows operating systems; managing users in Active Directory; repairing and maintaining computer equipment; and collaborating to ensure proper operation of Ethernet networks. You will also participate in system administration and security tasks. Experience with Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Active Directory) and solid knowledge of microcomputer technology are required. Familiarity with Ethernet networks and strong communication skills are essential. Experience with MDM and antivirus administration is a plus. The position is temporary, part-time, with working hours from Monday to Thursday, 09:00 to 18:00, and Friday, 08:00 to 15:00\.
