Gold Talent is seeking a CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER to execute new construction projects in Castellón, Valencia, and Alicante. Candidates must have at least 8 years of on-site experience managing construction projects, including meeting objectives, supervising site personnel, adhering to deadlines, ensuring safety, and managing materials. As Construction Site Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all activities at the worksite to ensure projects are completed efficiently and within the scheduled timeframe. RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS: * Coordination of the construction team. * Daily planning of assigned tasks. * Responsibility for quality control, construction execution, and organization of material resources. * Execution of work in collaboration with the Site Manager. * Monitoring, control, and reporting on scheduled deadlines. * Safety/protection (control of personal protective equipment [PPE], on-site occupational risk prevention [PRL], etc.). * Direct contact with clients and suppliers. REQUIREMENTS * Availability to travel to construction sites across the Valencian Community, starting in Castellón. * Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager in the construction sector. * Strong leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team. * Communication and problem-solving skills. * Knowledge of construction and safety regulations. * Basic knowledge of occupational risk prevention (PRL) in construction; completion of the 60-hour PRL course is MANDATORY.
