Currently, we are seeking a **BIOMETHANE CONTRACT MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR** for a company dedicated to the development of renewable gas projects. **What will your responsibilities be?** 1\- Conflict prevention: * Thorough review of contracts to ensure they are consistent, technically correct, and clearly define the responsibilities of each signatory. * Periodically inform the SPV of risks associated with contracts and propose risk mitigation measures. * Support the SPV in resolving any doubts regarding the content and scope of the various contracts. Likewise, support the SPV, in coordination with procurement management, in managing change orders or contractual claims that may arise. * Establish monitoring and compliance control mechanisms. * Coordinate with planning and cost control to align expectations between parties. * Organize KOM meetings for orders once the contract is signed. * Monitor orders according to the supply schedule: documentation, material gathering, inspection. * Activate suppliers and other stakeholders” (engineering, quality, etc.) to meet agreed deadlines. * Coordinate and monitor inspection and transportation activities until delivery under agreed terms. * Issue supplier milestone payment certifications. * Prepare monthly lists of issued orders and revisions indicating order, revision date, material, supplier, cost, order status, etc., as detailed in the Coordination Manual.
