**COMPANY DESCRIPTION:** Fritz\&Muller is seeking a Construction Manager for a growing company in the real estate sector, specializing in the acquisition, transformation, and management of residential assets. Its business model relies on standardized processes, data-driven decision-making, and a strong focus on efficiency. The team operates in a dynamic environment, embracing continuous improvement and prioritizing business scalability. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * End-to-end management of renovation and ongoing construction projects (WIP). * Supervision of schedule adherence, technical quality, and budget control. * Coordination, qualification, and monitoring of renovation contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. * On-site project monitoring through periodic visits, resolution of technical issues, and validation of certifications. * Resource optimization and continuous improvement of execution processes. * Liaison with various stakeholders involved in each project. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent professional experience. * Minimum 3–5 years’ experience managing residential construction or comprehensive renovation projects. * Ability to negotiate budgets and optimize costs. * Problem-solving, proactive, and results-oriented profile. * Willingness to travel to various asset locations. **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Opportunity to join a growing project with clear career progression. * Dynamic, collaborative, and continuous-improvement-oriented work environment. * Salary: €35,000 gross per annum. * Learning-focused culture, professional development, and results orientation.
