Promote a culture of technological innovation and continuous improvement Job Information Job ID ZR\_1329\_JOB Open Date 30/03/2026 Sector Construction Employment Type Full-time Work Experience 1\-3 years City La Vall d'Uixó State/Province Castellón / Castelló Country Spain Postal Code 12600 Job Description Ilerwork is seeking a DfMA Coordinator to lead the implementation and development of the **DfMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly)** approach within the company, ensuring that mechanical installation projects (HVAC, air conditioning, and piping) are designed and executed according to principles of efficiency, industrialization, and quality; and to serve as the technical reference for **BIM and Revit**, driving the comprehensive digitalization of design, coordination, fabrication, and assembly processes. **Responsibilities** * **BIM Development for Mechanical Installations:** Create, maintain, and optimize BIM models for air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing, and piping systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all project phases. * **Implementation of the DfMA Approach:** Collaborate with design, fabrication, and installation teams to translate BIM models into industrialized, prefabricated, and modular solutions that improve quality and reduce execution time. * **Standardization and Digitalization of Processes:** Define, document, and improve BIM workflows, Revit family libraries, and coordination protocols, focusing on information traceability and efficiency. * **Interdisciplinary Coordination:** Facilitate communication among engineering, fabrication, and construction teams, ensuring the model serves as the single source of truth throughout the project lifecycle. * **Innovation and Continuous Improvement:** Identify opportunities to automate tasks, integrate digital tools (BIM 360, Navisworks, Power BI, etc.), and foster a culture of technological innovation within the engineering department. * **Training and Technical Leadership:** Assume the role of mentor and technical reference for the engineering team, promoting adoption of BIM methodologies and encouraging continuous learning. Requirements * Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in BIM modeling for mechanical installations using **Revit MEP**. * Solid knowledge of HVAC and piping system design and execution processes. * Experience in complex projects (ideally **data centers or industrial environments**). * Technical leadership capability and strategic vision oriented toward industrialization and digitalization. * Desirable: experience with coordination tools (Navisworks, BIM 360\), automation (Dynamo), or parametric design.
