We are seeking a meticulous and operational profile to manage purchasing and procurement with a focus on quality, detail, and internal coordination. MISSION Ensure the proper operational functioning of the purchasing and product customization department by controlling orders, documentation, suppliers, and internal coordination, guaranteeing regulatory compliance and efficiency. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Full management of standard and customized product orders. * Coordination with national and international suppliers and delivery follow-up. * Control of technical and commercial documentation: product specifications, certificates, delivery notes, and purchase orders. * Maintenance and updating of purchasing databases and ERP systems. * Close collaboration with design, logistics, and sales teams to ensure adherence to deadlines and specifications. * Participation in product validation and quality control. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS * Minimum of 2 years of experience in operational purchasing, procurement, or supplier management, preferably in packaging, disposables, or food industry. * Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reports). * Attention to detail, organizational skills, and process rigor. * Language: native Spanish; intermediate English. DESIRABLE * Experience in product customization or cross-departmental project coordination. * Knowledge of SUP regulations, food contact materials, or sustainable materials. * Technical background in International Trade, Logistics, Materials Engineering, or related fields.
