Job Summary: We are seeking a Purchasing and Supply professional to manage the procurement process, analyze costs, coordinate departments, and optimize supplier relationships in a dynamic environment. Stable work environment with a positive workplace atmosphere. #### **What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** * Identify and plan supply needs by monitoring factory stock levels, analyzing consumption patterns, and preparing short- and medium-term forecasts. * Execute the procurement process with suppliers: purchase planning, price and terms negotiation, and tracking of the purchasing plan. * Close and monitor monthly budgets, in direct coordination with the Accounting Department. * Conduct cost analyses: track price trends, identify variances, and propose improvement opportunities. * Ensure compliance with Quality Department requirements and standards (minimum expiry dates, material types and formats, associated documentation). * Monitor purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and adherence to agreed terms. * Manage supplier relationships with a focus on optimizing pricing, payment terms, and order volumes. * Resolve supplier-related incidents (documentation, returns, errors, etc.). * Coordinate daily with Production, Quality, Logistics, and Accounting departments. #### **What will make you succeed at Wild Balance?** * Degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. * Additional training related to supply chain, procurement, or business management. * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written. * Prior experience in procurement and/or supply (experience in production or industrial environments is highly valued). * Basic knowledge or experience in logistics, import/export operations. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills and strong office software proficiency, with ability to adapt to internal ERP systems. * Strong communication and negotiation skills, high attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities are especially valued. #### **Why join our team?** * You will hold a key and cross-functional role, with direct interaction across various departments (Production, Quality, Logistics, and Accounting). * Join a dynamic team offering real growth opportunities. * Enjoy a stable work environment with a positive workplace atmosphere. * Competitive compensation aligned with your experience. * Benefit from an exclusive discount on our products—because caring for your loved ones is part of our purpose. #### **Who are we?** **Our Purpose:** If you’ve made it this far, you’re likely looking for something more than just another job.
