Support to business units and continuous improvement of operations. A leading company in the logistics sector is seeking an Operational Controller for its offices located in Valencia. **Responsibilities**: * Management of waivers and coordination of the operational process; operational documentation and tracking. * Ensuring the right tools are in place to support smooth operations as per plan. * Monitoring forecasts and supervising their evolution, identifying deviations and reporting them. * Verifying compliance with requirements and procedures. * Drafting operational documents, manuals, and procedures. * Monitoring and reviewing operational incidents. * Assisting in resolving operational incidents and preventing recurrence by adjusting operational procedures or defining critical control points. * Analyzing operational indicators, identifying deviations, and proposing improvements. * Providing support to business units and enhancing operational performance. **Requirements**: * Degree in International Trade or related field. * Advanced Excel skills. * High-level English proficiency. * Willingness to learn and strong analytical ability. * Structured and organized approach.
