




We are seeking a professional to fill the position of Construction Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for the complete management of assigned construction projects, ensuring that objectives are met in terms of budget, deadlines, quality, and safety, always following established guidelines. Key responsibilities include drafting water supply and sewage projects, as well as preparing relevant technical documentation such as master plans and project reports. The candidate will also manage necessary procedures with public authorities and prepare detailed budgets. Project monitoring will cover study and planning, supervision of the Health and Safety Plan, and on-site direction of execution to ensure compliance with established standards. Technical-economic optimization of each project will be promoted, and the construction team will be led, coordinating necessary material and human resources. Additionally, suppliers and subcontractors will be evaluated and negotiated with to select the most suitable, ensuring compliance with all labor, health, and safety regulations. To qualify for this position, a university degree in Engineering or a related Master's (Industrial, Civil, Public Works, or similar) is required, along with at least two years of prior experience as a Construction Manager. Proficiency in computer tools such as AutoCAD, Presto, and Office will be valued, as well as experience in team management, procurement, construction risk prevention, and quality control.
