Multicultural and dynamic professional environment ### **Job Title** Qualified IT DAP Apprentice (m/f/x) m/f/x ### **Contract Type** Internship ### **Contract Duration** 1 to 3 years ### **Workload** 100% ### **Your Mission** The apprentice completes their training within the institution's IT call center under the supervision of the Head of IT Services and the Helpdesk Manager. The scope of activity for a qualified IT specialist focuses on information processing as a whole. The training is conducted under an apprenticeship contract following the so-called "concurrent" training pathway. It takes place partly in a company (practical training) and partly in a technical high school (theoretical training). ### **Your Main Tasks** A: Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance operations B: Provide user assistance (IT helpdesk) C: Participate in IT security ### **Your Profile** * Authorized to undertake this training by Adem / Vocational Guidance Service. * Knowledge in Windows workstation management and computer networking. * Language skills: Luxembourgish, French, and German (English is an asset). * Specific aptitudes and personal qualities required: Attentive to service quality provided to users Conscientious (documentation of completed work) Compliance with organizational and technical procedures Respect for professional confidentiality Technical affinity Responsiveness Communication skills ### **Working Hours** 8 a.m.\-12 p.m., 1 p.m.\-5 p.m. ### **We Offer You a High-Performance Professional Environment** A multicultural and dynamic professional environment.
