The fischer PowerFast II FPF II CTF BC 4.0x16 is a galvanized and blue-passivated screw with full thread and TX 20 drive. The electro-galvanization contains no hexavalent chromium and is therefore highly environmentally friendly. The countersunk-head chipboard screw can be flush-mounted into the surface of the wood. The Power-Fast II with high-performance wax coating reduces screwdriving torque and also allows screwing close to the edge without any issues. The particleboard screw exhibits significantly reduced splitting behavior compared to other commercially available screws. The continuous thread along the entire length of the screw ensures optimal power transmission. The screw is ideal for general wood joinery, boards, skirting boards, and for connecting metal parts to wood, such as metal fittings, angles, beam shoes, and other metal-to-wood connections.
