**Position Summary** SEVEN Casas is seeking a **Project Technician** with a comprehensive vision: from concept and technical feasibility to on-site monitoring and preparation of sales materials. This role combines design, regulations, execution control, and real estate product vision. You will participate from the initial stages of study and design through to on-site support, working closely with the CEO, Construction Manager, Financial Analyst, and external collaborators. Your work will be key to ensuring that what is designed **is built well, quickly, and to SEVEN's standards**. **Main Responsibilities** * **Technical and urban feasibility analysis** of new assets. * **Design of preliminary projects and standard layouts**, focusing on efficiency and marketable product. * **Preparation of technical documentation** for construction permits or legalizations. * **Construction site follow-up** alongside the Construction Manager to ensure executed work meets design, quality, and timeline requirements. * **Regular site visits** to validate layout setups, finishes, changes, or technical adjustments. * **Coordination of licensed architects**, visualizers, interior designers, and specialists. * **Creation of commercial documentation** (floor plans, specifications, etc.) for sales or investors. * **Technical support to the CEO** during acquisition phases, budgeting, and strategic decision-making. **Tools and Technology** * **AutoCAD** (essential) – for layout and technical documentation. * **SketchUp** (desirable) – for visualization and mass modeling. * **Photoshop / Canva** – support in infographics and commercial materials. * **Google Drive / Docs / Sheets** – collaboration and organization. * **ClickUp / Trello / Notion** – task management, scheduling, and communication. **Ideal Profile** * **Education**: Architecture, Technical Architecture, or related field. * **Experience**: 2\-5 years in architectural firms, development companies, or technical interior design. * Direct experience in **site visits and construction supervision**. * Strong technical and aesthetic judgment.
